Where did Bubs come from?
I was in math class doodling on a worksheet we were supposed to be doing and the first little doodle I drew was of a fat little guy with a little… something on his head. A few minutes later I went and sat over by my girlfriend, Laura, with my paper, and asked what I should name him, and she said, “I dunno, Bubs?” I agreed and I guess it stuck. Here's the doodle:
